You may think you can octopus your way into your to-do list, but if you have too many things going on at one time, there are bound to be mistakes and forgotten details which cause even more stress. The focus is the key to getting things down efficiently.
If you are tech-savvy, do get tools to help you out with the planning process. Fortunately, there are many useful event planning apps not which let you organize and delegate tasks via your smart devices. Some noteworthy ones include Evernote and Slack which come with cool features that can be used to collaborate with your team members.
